When I was a kid, i wasn't exposed to those funny robot cartoons: i can't name all the different Mazingas and Voltron force robots. My soviet parents were refusing to tune our tv to the then young Berlusconi channels. ( I managed to get some Transformers and Mask cartoons though, through some second level private channels which got interesting at night).

Luckily, now there's Torboto, the robot that tortures people!

By the way, the Mask, which you can sample of course on youtube here and here had somewhat the same political direction as Torboto! The bad guy looked exactly like Saddam Hussein!
