2007 has been an hectic year. Holding two different jobs (plus some extras) while trying to take exams and start to think about a final paper hasn't really worked well.

I mean, i was able to buy a new car (since I had to dump the old one because i'm stupid) and a flashy new macbook pro, but the exam count has been fairly low. Turns out the smartest thing is to get the degree first, then jump into real work. :)

So, effective jan 1st, i will be leaving my position of "Researcher" and do-whatever-handyman at CSP. Hopefully this will result in more free time, which i will force myself to spend in some dark library, trying to swallow Italian Literature, History of Cinema and other funny stuff.

It has been an hard decision (it's kind of stepping down to "student status" you know...) but, well, it's done. I will surely miss my colleagues and the nice people there. But I really need some fresh air for next year. Or, some quite stale air in some "internetless" library for a while.
