Open Goodies for your mac
20 Novembre 2005
Ok, you got this mac. It's glossy and has round edges. It rocks. Now you need software. You heard of opensource software, but that's for geeks and you bought this computer because it was easy.
Actually, even if Mac Os has always been stictly proprietary software, mac os X is based on robust opensource roots: unix and freebsd.
But, enough of this. I've just found a really useful (and cool looking) website that lists the best Opensource applications for your mac. They are as easy to install as the others... Just drop them in the application folder.
There's Firefox, but also Camino, you'll find the great Adium and some less known application like the newsreader Vienna and the (s)ftp client Cyberduck... and many others.

ho scaricato adium, ma tanto non c'è mai nessuno online...
povero bubba!
in genere sono online sempre... questi giorni non sono al lavoro!
