That's the impression I had while travelling Austria.
I mean, i liked it very much, the sights and towns were delightful, it was great to visit old friends (thank you for all Agnes and Joseph!) but again I had THAT feeling.

Maybe it was just because the only train that was late was to AND from Milan, the Italian railwaystation was old and dirty, you had no idea in which station you were... But It wasn't so nice to come back to a nation that goes to bed quite late, and never does any homework.
