As maybe you have already heard, Mr Berlusconi (from now on, the Joker) decided to some small show in Bruxelles yesterday...

Basically the Joker said that he used "his playboy skills" to persuade Finland's president, Ms Tarja Halonen to let go the Food Agency of the UE.
